Question 1

What is RysTRO?

Accepted Answer

RysTRO is an offline-first restaurant POS and management software for restaurants and cafes. It handles billing, kitchen order tickets (KOT), table management, inventory and reports, and keeps billing working during internet or power outages, syncing automatically when you reconnect.

Question 2

Does RysTRO work without internet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. RysTRO is offline-first: you can take orders, print KOTs and finalize cash bills even when the internet or power drops. All data syncs automatically once you are back online, so nothing is lost during WiFi outages or load-shedding.

Question 3

How much does RysTRO cost?

Accepted Answer

RysTRO offers a 14-day free trial with no card required and setup in under 5 minutes. Paid plans are billed monthly with no installation fee, and pricing is affordable for small and mid-size restaurants.

Question 4

What payment methods and mobile banking does RysTRO support?

Accepted Answer

RysTRO supports cash, card and online payments, plus mobile financial services accounting for bKash, Nagad and Rocket, so restaurant owners can track every payment channel in one place.

Question 5

What devices does RysTRO run on?

Accepted Answer

RysTRO runs in any modern browser as an installable app on phones, tablets, PCs and Android handheld POS terminals (including Sunmi devices), with thermal receipt printing over Bluetooth, USB or a local print agent. No expensive hardware is required.

Question 6

Does RysTRO offer a free digital QR menu?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every RysTRO restaurant gets a free public digital QR menu that customers can open by scanning a QR code, with no extra cost.
